A pre War tin Short Singapore Flying Boat

Here is an unusual tin toy of the Singapore. I purchased it from Australia and know nothing about it. I have never seen another. It has a clockwork motor

Boomeroo, Wyn Toy and others made tin plate and pressed steel toys in Australia. I have no planes, though, only the Pope Superfortress. There's a great die cast Trans Australian Viscount one sometimes sees in photos as well, but not in person.
