Hello,
I'm ArtworksIII and I live in Central Washington.I'm a hobiest model maker but have built fro acouple of companies and an several aeromedical programs over the years. I'm mainly intrested in display models, and don't really believe Mahogany is always used to carve imported models. It could be a way to inflate pricing though  I envy alot of the collections of antiques in the forum but thats life. Many of my carvings are airline, helicopters, and civilian and military once in awhile. I look forward to showing some of my work to you. "Thanks for having me".....ArtworksIII

Hello Tone,
Yes thie BD-5j was in acouple movies. This model is based on drawings from my 1/5th scale Byron Originals kit I also own. I felt I'd keep the kit intact and just carve a Concept model to hand around.Image
