CL-329

This small tin CL-329 Jet Star has a maker's mark featuring an H. It is not in perfect condition but, then again, it only cost me a few bucks.

This toy Jet Star has the customary four jets but the prototype had just two. I think I have seen a toy Jet Star with only two jets.

The prototype JetStar lost it's two engines very soon after...there were some later 2 engine conversions, but none of them took.
Nice piece! About how big is it?

The span is seven and a quarter inches. The manufacturer logo is the six-pointed star near the tail fin. It is unusual for a maker to use a religious symbol as a trade mark. Asahi Toys did use "St Nick" but it's the "secular" image of the jolly man with his sack of toys.

Different symbols have different symbologies for different cultures. Nowadays everything is way too PC...but for good reason!

According to the "Dockerill" blog (list of Japanese toy maker logos) the maker with this trademark is Hitachi.
