This Lufthansa Caravelle is made from the original Tipp Co tools. It is done by a German Company "Josef Wagner", which somehow got the old tools and started manufacturing in the 90s.
I love the idea of re-using these old molds. But Lufthansa never operated the Caravelle and the window style is iust taken over from a modern jet.
It would have been better if Wagner chosed an original airline like Air France, SAS or United and went for better window style.
In this form it is just a nice gem and no way for collectors.
Better to go for the original Tipp Co Caravelles. They are not expensive as well!
