Chris is right, well sort of.... The company changed its name [Purchased? Trade mark problem with Milton Bradley?}. The box shows the name change to Miltan but the tooling for the casting was not modified.

It is an odd casting, the engines are a separate piece, which doesn't fit well. The stairs are only represented by a decal/transfer

I have one with darker cheat lines. THAT is one of my favorite Die Cast Airplanes. Alas, India could have had a thriving die cast industry if it had continued producing toys of this quality.
