Tootsietoy Scorpion Helicopter in two colors: purple and green. I have seen it in blue also.

The Tootsietoy Scorpion helicopter came in a variety of colors that I've seen... at least two shades of purple as well as green, blue, orange and red.
It was released solo in a blister pack:

And, it was released in a variety of sets. I know of at least 5 different sets, and I'm pretty sure there are more.
