This "Supa Fort" is an RAF Washington Bomber that Pope Product of Australia made in the 50s. It's rather large for a die cast toy plane.

Tony
Only other one i have seen. Mine is without any landing gear and its looks like it was made that way. I think i looked up Pope once a long time ago. This was the only plane they made, normal business was metal gardening stuff....

BTW the blue B-17 next to it is a Scandinavian Blue-Sun toy

GR, My Pope Supa-Fort has landing gear, although I am missing one set of wheels. I took 3 photos for you, but do not see how to post this image, so GR what do I need to do? Dennis

The easiest way to post photos is to set up an account with a free photo hosting site like photobucket.com {or flickr.com}, which are popular.
Just up load a photo from your computer, and copy the entire IMG code which is the forum link .
it will look like this
[ img ] http ://i%20274. photo.com/albums/ jj259/greatguy/ DSC99869. jpg [/img]
It must have the brackets on both ends, like the one above.
Then paste this link into your post.

The second way {not preferred as it takes up memory on the site, and is not easily downloadable} is to click on the 'Upload attachment' tab at the bottom of the posting page, then 'Browse' for the photo file on your computer, click on it, add any comments, . then click 'Add the file'. This photo will appear in a scoll box and is not he easiest way to view a photo. If you photo is too large this won't work. No need for huge files, keep your photos smaller than 5 inches x 5 inches and under 200KB and that should be fine. It will be able to be seen within the post without scrolling.
