Very much difference between YF-22 and F-22?

Is there much difference between the original YF-22 "Raptor" and the F-22 Raptor which has been seen wowing crowds at Fairford and Farnborough as well as spotters at Lakenheath? The reason I'm asking is that I've got a miniature replica of the YF-22 and wondered if I should try and obtain an F-22 as well or are they both the same?

Several small design changes were made on the YF-22 for the production F-22. The swept-back angle on the wing's leading edge was decreased from 48° to 42°, while the vertical stabilizer area was decreased by 20%. To improve pilot visibility, the canopy was moved forward 7 inches (178 mm), and the engine intakes were moved rearward 14 inches (356 mm). The shape of the wing and stabilator trailing edges was refined to improve aerodynamics, strength, and stealth characteristics. Also, the vertical stabilizer was shifted rearward.
Now whether those changes noted above can d be discerned on a model 1/72 scale or smaller is a personal judgement but they seem significant to me and would be interesting to have both side by side..
I would clarify by adding, if both models were made by the same maker, and were of the same scale
