Congratulations on a job well done. Your photography is fantastic. I have been to the museum many times, but taking pictures is impossible with all the people there looking and taking photos too. I grew up close to there and was there almost every summer for the air shows they use to have to raise money to build what you see now.
The only thing missing is the wonderful collection of miniature aircraft that is also there. It is worth the trip just to see it. It is on the second floor just above the lobby. Mostly hand made and all to scale. All donated by the model makers.
I now live in Georgia and there is another Air Force museum at Warner-Robins Air Force base, just south of Macon. It has a lot of Vietnam era aircraft as well as WW2 and before. Not as big as Wright-Patterson AFB but well worth the trip.
Thanks for giving us all a wonderful gallery to view.
