For anyone interested, here is a link to a copy of The Plane News #1 Magazine (First edition 1989) which later became the Aircraft Quarterly MIniature Magazine. I had gotten a copy from im Galloway in 2006 before GR set up the MAC forum. Being the first editon of the publication, it is a little hard to find in print. Enjoy!

Thanks so much for posting this TPN for all of us. These are getting really hard to find. I have purchased some back issues on Ebay in the past, but they hardly ever come up any more. It would be great if all the old issues were posted like this so we could all enjoy what GR did to advance this hobby we love.

Both the PLANE NEWS and THE MINIATURE AIRCRAFT QUARTERLY were
fine, magnificent, polished, beautiful colourful publications and pictures of aircraft which
I had heard about but had never seen. These were absolutely the best issues.
This is why the MAC MINIATURE AIRCRAFT COLLECTORS site is so valuable.
Believe it or not, I learned from the sellers on EBAY, but these two publications
were superior and very informative. I don't know of anybody who has discarded
one single issue. I am overjoyed when I can find some issues on EBAY. Regards, RICHARD

I have many issue's ....I used to subscribe to this small ,but very very INFORMATIVE MAGAZINE...It was pricey back in the day ,but well worth every penny.

The classified area was awesome...THOSE WERE THE DAY'S!!!
