Chris,

Should not be a problem pulling the prop shafts out. Have you new props to put on?

Sorry for the late response . . .

No, I haven't any props yet. Do you still sell the replacement prop sets?

I cleaned up the DC-3 and base with water and vinegar, and I guess I wasn't careful enough, because I inadvertently took off a good amount of the logo paint on the wing and fuselage. Looks like I'll have to do some painting too, although the plane itself cleaned up nicely and looks magnificent despite the paint loss.
