Dennis, I bought it from Sy Merrall a few years ago. I know 1:432nds are your passion and if you would like it, I will pass it on gladly to go with your collection. It cost $450, though {long story made short- it was to replace a toy I had purchased that was not in the condition I wanted} and if that is ok, next time you get down here you can take it home with you.
Hi GR - What plane is in the middle of your globe? I have the same thing, with an HE-111 in the center. Steve Remington has the only other example I've ever seen or heard of, so it was neat to hear about yours! Thanks for sharing! These used to come packaged in large boxes of 6 globes at a time. Somewhere I have a photo showing this. I'll have to try to find it. Regards! -- Bryan
