I suspect that this is an example of how to manufacture and sell a product without having to get any permission to do so from the original, full-scale producer.
Creating a "reminiscent" model using various jet design features in a unique design can be found any where in the world but the saturation in the last 20 years seems to be in Asia. Your particular model seems to have some "age" so hard to decide its origins but an aluminum casting from Europe seems plausible. That jet nozzle has a bit of Lockheed F-94 to throw off any patent lawyers from North American Aviation as do the reduced area wings and tail assembly.
For my money the model appears to be the end result of a shotgun wedding of a Grumman Tiger and a Hawker Hunter. I do think that the nose and cockpit have a certain appeal.
Good luck with the hunt,
Tom
