This Russian seaplane came from the Officer's Club at a base in Japan. I have the missing pieces but no skill to repair.

Thats a Bereiv based on the Martin Mariner.

Here is a Lear and a MU-2J.

I have a very similar Lear Jet...now, how do we know these are by Nemoto? Is there a logo or something?

They are both marked "NEMOTO". I will sell both also!

I find that the Nemoto models I have all have the same metallic blue cockpit window color- It isn't often seen by other maker. The second thing which sets them apart is the scribbing of the cockpit and other windows, that also seems unique to Nemoto. The third is the material they make their models with- seamless and it feels like wood and is heavy, not light fiberglass or hollow resin - perhaps some type of dense material. On older models the material used to fill in the filets etc, can shrink and show tiny cracks.
I do not have any with stands so I can't comment on this, but it is also a way to identify them sometimes..

Here is the biggest Nemoto model that I have seen. It is 1/50th in scale. This is for sale also!

AWESOME Nemoto models...I have over 100 in my collection...A number of B-25s, RB-45, Flying Tiger DC-8, XP-47H, number of F-86s, Zero, ERB-47H, (BuNo 34280) RC-135 (BuNO 00357) got these two from a person who worked for "the company" and flew missions on these two specific aircraft. Absolutely LOVE them !!!
