Topping A-37

Larry Mc Laughlin gave me this model many years ago as he knew I was looking for one. I flew some missions in VN as copilot in the A-37. I was not a USAF pilot or fixed wing qualified back then but a chance meet at the Officers Club with an A-37 pilot and some beers led to his letting me fly with him. Normally a solo ground attack bomber, I think he wanted some company on those missions. I let him fly as a door gunner on my gunship in exchange
