The historically important Skybirds series of aircraft was created in 1932 in the United Knigdom by Alfred J. Holladay. The series ended by the end of WW 2. They produced a prodigious number of aircraft in kits {and 2 complete die cast ones}, along with airport equipment, buildings, pilots, crew, mechanics, soldiers, and vehicles

Hi Graham,
Thought you would like to know. All my Dad's planes are being sold at the Vectis Auction on 28th March. they are all there to see on the online catalogue.
Maybe some of the members of this forum would like to see them. They look great on the photo's, even better 'in the flesh'.
All the best,
Alan.

Hi Graham,
There is a sea plane in the Auction, a Sopwith Schneider Baby Float plane. If you look at the catalogue it will have a great photo.
Kind regards,
Alan.
