Can anyone identify this plane-looks German to me and the engine nacelles almost seem to be mounted in reverse.

Gosh...that's a toughie! Doesn't look like anything but could begin to look like a Gloucester Meteor.

My first impression was a FW-187, the fighter that lost out to the BF-110. But why would anyone make that the subject of a model? Then, again, it might be a twin engine Beechcraft 26.

Just by happenstance I saw an Me-262 model that was part of the Sanger design team projects...not only did it have the underslung engines, but it had two larger over the wing engines...kinda like your airplane on a blob....
