The box art isn't too confidence-inspiring

At least all the parts were there

It's a tad better than the Lindberg offering and you gotta love that stand. No really. It has an elaborate ball & socket joint that's held together with a clip so you can demount it from the plane.

That Aermec catalog sheet looks intriguing. What other models did they make?

The CO-MA kits were always hard to find (I don't have any in my collection). None are in scale; all "box" scale. The CV880 is 1/179, so it's on the small side for a model. Still, a wish list of classic types for most airliner modelers.
Here's the list from John Burns' CVG:
Caravelle
B707
DC-8
CV880
VC-10
Tu-104
Brittania
DC-7C
F-27
Electra
Viscount
Fiat G-91
Mig 15
(unconfirmed)
CV990
Constellation

...you can bid without any interference from me!
I don't see them as "nice" models, and don't care to keep them as "collectibles" either...CAHood always has high prices...
