ZEE toys, and MotorMax, both issued two different aircraft carrier toys. One was the "USS Independence" but don't look for spotting signs! Both had fold up areas to store your fleet of DynaFlites!
I think MicroMachines also had an aircraft carrier; they were never uncommon on the shelves. The other note I have is for the tin aircraft carrier "Wolverine" from Empire. The USS Wolverine was a training carrier based in Lake Michigan in WWII. I don't have one of those but it sure looks like a neat piece!
The Independence features some of the best of the DynaFlite line, especially the two 1/200 planes: EA-6A and S-3A.

The Target Aircraft carrier looks to be the closest to what I have. The conning tower and one of the blast deflectors came from a premium upgrade model that had push-button sound and light effects - which had corroded to unusability.

The USS Wolverine had fleetmate known as the USS Sable...

Actually Tone, that "heritage logo" depicts the individual logos of Allegheny, PSA, Piedmont, and the airline which came in and saved US Airways sorry rear-end: America West Airlines!

Recently, the ex-America West management team did the same thing with our merger with American Airlines, creating the "new" American Airlines, the largest airline in the world.
