ARCADE Twin Engine

Postby Tone » Sat May 14, 2011 2:50 am

Arcade Twin Engine bomber, made around 1940, with cast iron body and painted pressed steel wings.

This toy also came in silver/red.

I like the combination, and the streamlined shape, though I am not certain if it's supposed to be a real plane. Could it be based on a Boeing B-9, or one of the Martin B-10 variants? A Douglas B-18 or B-23? It's not like any of those, exactly.
