Have you tried Ron Crawford in Vermont USA?
Or Chris Sayer in the UK?

Thanks for the suggestions.I sent Chris an email regarding my search.I do know that Ron is currently moving (possibly done by now)and wait times for email responses may be long.Hopefully I'll be successful in finding some window/door decals for my Hasegawa kit.

Cheers,
Douglas

DC-3 windows can easily be cut from a black decal, either full black or black stripes (easier to do!).
Door outlines are trickier, but you might be able to trace off the kit/model and transfer to the model as an outline, then trace around. If you can turn up any of the Hasegawa 1/200 kits, they often have decals for 2 different aircraft. CBS Models used to sell 1/200 sets for a variety of airliners, if you can find those.

Hi Michael.

Good to see you as we both belong to several Yahoo Groups (Scale Modelling Nostalgia,Small Scale Models, etc.)I was thinking along the lines of your suggestion on using black decal stripes cut to size for windows. The door outline might be a bit more difficult but we'll see what happens.I'm working on the Hasegawa kit that sadly, had it's decals go south due to a too strong decal solvent.I do recall CBS Models having ton of DC-3 decals.Hopefully EJ's family will consider putting his inventory back on the market.

Cheers,
Douglas

EJ's family won't even return my phone calls. They have sold or disposed of all his stuff and have no interest in the hobby. ...which is a shame as EJ had the Sasquatch molds and a bunch of other stuff.
IIRC, the Hasegawa kit doesn't have an etched in door.
It would seem a simple enough matter to make a stencil and then ink it in.
Hey...SSD, AMD...great minds think alike!! :D

That's a real shame about EJ's stock & molds.Hopefully the old Sasquatch molds still exist and someone will get them and put them to good use. Thanks again Michael and see you in the Yahoo Groups!
