I have several ID models from Rowley Workshops, one even in heavy metal. The box listed their address and years ago I wrote them asking for info- no reply. Next time I am in the Usa I'll send you the address

Hi Barry -
Rowley Workshops was one of the principal suppliers to the British military. Along with Bassett-Lowke, Hugar, Stewart Reidpath, I.R. Amis, Parah, James Walker, Waterline Models, Palatial, A.D. Services, Commander Norman, Sinclair Engineering, Heal & Son, et. al., Rowley W/S made a variety of ship models for both the RAF and the Admiralty. These were both wartime and postwar models.

Most aviation training models have yet to be identified as to source. Nevertheless, Rowley, Frog, James Walker, Earnshaw Brothers & Booth, et. al., have been identified as suppliers of ID training models for the British military. The B-66 sounds great! Congratulations!

Hi Barry -

I've never heard of a model with such markings. I guess we'll have to keep hoping that more information surfaces concerning "Albacore" as a manufacturer.

Best wishes! -- Bryan
